It is spring...what a season it’s been! May is a busy month for women’s health. May 13-19 is National Women’s Health week. What are your National Women’s Health resolutions? Perhaps you will make an appointment at the doctor’s office you’ve been avoiding? Maybe you’ll commit to walk twice a week, or plan to cook healthier meals at home?
